NEW! Online Standing Form for Active Clergy
You may now complete your 2025 standing form online, which emails you a PDF copy upon submission. It is a password protected form so please use the password provided to you in the standing letter mailed to you.
You will also need to refer to the Healthy Boundaries and PRAR training dates provided in your letter.

Are You Retired-Inactive?
A Standing Form Just for You!
The Commission on Clergy has a form ONLY for Retired-Inactive Clergy, which we have mailed to you. Or you may download the Retired-Inactive Standing Form. Deadline for submission is November 14, 2024. Standing cards will be mailed out in January 2025.
Note: Retired-Inactive Clergy do not have to meet requirements for continuing education, healthy boundaries or PRAR training.

2025 Standing Forms will be accepted until Thursday, November 14, 2024. They will be reviewed by the Commission on Clergy at their December 9, 2024 meeting. Forms received after November 14th will be reviewed at the Commission’s meeting on January 13, 2025.
