Pam’s dad retired from Acme Brick Company after forty-eight years of service, the longest term of any employee. In his understanding of loyalty, he was quite upset when she announced she was leaving her position as a Certified Legal Assistant of nine years to start a new journey – to pursue a business degree at TCU followed by law school. Only that did not happen!
Pam did graduate from TCU (1990), but after wrestling with God’s call upon her life, she turned to Brite Divinity School to pursue a Master of Divinity (1993). Alongside the academic journey, she also served the church as Regional Youth Minister for the Christian Church in the Southwest while simultaneously serving as Trinity Brazos Area Youth Minister. She also served as Youth Minister for South Hills Christian Church, Fort Worth.
As an ordained minister, Pam has served Rosemont Christian Church in Dallas, Texas Central Christian Church in Weatherford, Texas, and First Christian Church in Mineral Wells, Texas. In January, 2015, Pam joyfully answered the call to serve as Regional Minister of Oklahoma.
Pam loves people ~ young, old, and all those in between. Creating “safe space” for people to explore their own journey and brokenness, she loves listening to their stories and then helping them turn the lens just a bit to see how God is working in and through their lives. She also loves the outdoors, hiking in Colorado to sitting in their backyard. And, she loves animals, particularly horses!
Pam is grateful for her family – her husband, Randy, a retired school administrator and most recently a retired juvenile probation officer; their daughter, AnnaCarole, a junior at TCU; a step-son and daughter-in-law, Blake & Tali, in Richmond, California; and a step-son and fiance, Brook & Carinda, in Pasadena, Texas. She is also grateful for their many friends whom they call family and with whom they share the journey of life.
FUN FACT: Pam bakes chocolate meringue pies and often gives them as delicious gifts!

Michael previously served on Regional staff in the Kentucky Region with a similar portfolio of responsibilities.
Michael is married to Rev. Dr. Lisa W. Davison. When not spending time with Lisa, Michael enjoys golf, fishing, and tennis.
FUN FACT: Michael owns a blog, DavisonsDoodle.com, but he doesn’t draw.
Our Valuable Team Members
She and her husband Greg owned their own marketing/ad agency in Stillwater for almost a dozen years, so she gets to tap her marketing savvy for the region.
A very proud G-ma to four awesome grandchildren, Ellen’s daughters fortunately live nearby and she’s a bonus-mom to Greg’s daughter Kyra. Ellen is an OSU grad, loves Boxer dogs, and is a very serious Thunder fan who lives and breathes round-ball from October through June. Don’t touch the remote or you’re in deep trouble.
FUN FACT: Ellen is a better snorkeler than she is a zip-liner.
FUN FACT: You are not seeing double if you run into Jennifer around town, she is likely with her identical twin.
