2024 Regional Assembly Business Meeting
The Regional Board will meet for the 2024 Regional Assembly Business Meeting and Worship on April 20, 2024.

$300 per person.
Deposit is refundable until April 25, 2024. After this date a penalty will apply to cancel.

Based on 2-persons per cabin, includes taxes, port charges and gratuity. Drink packages available for additional fee.

Travel to/From Port
Fly on Your Own
Houston Hobby. Southwest Airlines best price can be added to your cruise through Carnival. Airport transfer to ship available from Carnival; $41 each way per person. 45 minutes to Galveston depending on traffic. Flight must arrive before noon July 11, 2024.
Houston Intercontinental Airport. Airport transfer to ship available from Carnival; $58 each way per person. Less than an hour to Galveston depending on traffic. Flight must arrive before noon July 11, 2024.
Drive on Your Own
Port parking for the 4-day cruise is available at the pier for $60. We suggest Port of Galveston Parking. It offers a shuttle to the terminal including your luggage and 24 hour security. Group Bus
If there is enough demand, the Region will consider chartering a bus from Oklahoma City. Departure time and cost per person to be determined.
Where to Stay the Night Before
Hotel
A block of hotel rooms at Holiday Inn Resort Galveston on the Beach is available for Wednesday, July 10th. $249 per night plus tax for double or king. It costs $60 to park a personal vehicle at the hotel during the cruise, which includes shuttle for drop off at port and pick up on return. If you do not park and prefer a ride to the terminal the cost is $10 per person.

Passports are highly recommended, or original birth certificate with valid Oklahoma Real ID driver’s license. A Real ID driver’s license alone WILL NOT work.
Children under 16 will need a birth certificate, school ID or a State ID.

Adults 21 and over may bring 1 bottle of wine per person. One 12-pack of soda in CANS per person (no plastic). Water in cans is allowed (no plastic).
